Solid chatter. Nice flow. There was one item that backed me into a corner--where "n/a" should have been an option--but I'm not going to go through the entire process again to find it. (:)) Using the continue button in conjunction with required items makes it impossible to scoot ahead and figure out what's being asked. That's fine in most situations, but it kinda irked me.
